The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of building permit documentation for a family house with a cafe, located on plots No. 4986, 4987 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava. The project is based on an architectural study created within the course Ateliérová tvorba I, which was subsequently further developed in the course Ateliérová tvorba V.

The thesis consists of textual and drawing sections. The textual part includes an accompanying report and a technical report. The drawing documentation is prepared within the specified scope and supplemented by a specialization with a focus on architecture.
