Abstract

The bachelor theses is engaged in the question of the way where the Police of the Czech Republic as a relatively small establishment deals with turned out scraps. The other question is whether it is possible to reach the superior separating of the scraps with the increasing of the rally resources. The aim of the dissertation is to find out whether the establishment is able to prevent the negative attack of the scraps to the health of a lot of people.
