Komparativní studie zimní aktivní turistiky v Jeseníkách

Abstract

The thesis is focused on multi-criteria evaluation of service quality winter ski resorts in one of the most famous areas of the Czech republic, Jeseníky Mountains. The main objective is to evaluate the current quality of service of mountain ski resort in Jeseníky through comparative study based on established analytical information. A sub-goal is a detailed analysis of infrastructure of mountain resorts and the subsequent recommendations to specified age groups. In the theoretical part of the thesis are mentioned basic information about winter tourism and defined specific data Jeseníky ski resort. The application part is focused on the comparison of infrastructural facilities and centers according to total and average transmissions capacity of lifts, affordability, performance of ski and cross-country trails, average turnout of centers and range of provided services to visitors. Based on the synthesis of founded information at the end of the theses are proposed recommendations of visiting centers by defined target groups.
