Abstract

The aim of my thesis was to analyze and compare the marketing Slávia Orlova tennis club and tennis club Sokol Bohumín. Thesis is focused on marketing of sport, specifically the satisfaction of the members of tennis clubs with the offered services. Necessary information was identified by marketing research. An analysis and subsequent comparison of both clubs were done according to the acquired data. Thesis consists of six main chapters. Designed and recommended solutions that would help clubs to improve the current situation are included in the conclusion of the thesis.
