Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the problem of industrial noise and vibration measurement using the measurement system PULSE company Bruel & Kjaer. Vibration measurement is one of the most important activities to ensure proper and smooth operation of industrial machinery. Monitoring is the key to detect damaged parts, which can prevent unexpected failures and accidents in manufacturing. This represents a significant benefit, especially in terms of safety or economy. The work describes the basic concepts of technical Vibrodiagnostics. Familiarize ourselves with the theoretical analysis of low-frequency signal and its further processing. We will examine a number of rotating machinery faults and their effects on the observed spectrum. The practical part focuses on the statistical evaluation of the vibrational spectras of laboratory experiments for demonstration and discussion of results.
