Slezská Ostrava – návrh sociálního bydlení -startovací byty pro mladé rodiny

Abstract

Purpose of the bachelor work is to work up a project of social housing so-called „starter flats“ for young families at lokality of Silesian Ostrava. For this purpose has been found out acceptable area, analyse problems of present state and needs of choice lokality. The result of this bachelor work is sophisticated projekct of two variants of flat-buildings with twelve and fourteen flats with one or two habitable rooms and house equipment. The new proposal includes solution of static transport, concourse and general calculation of costs.
