Analýza mzdového systému společnosti Slévárna Dolní Benešov, s.r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou mzdového systému ve slévárenské společnosti Slévárna Dolní Benešov, s.r.o., pomocí metod analýzy, syntézy a komparace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, jako jsou například mzda, plat, příplatky ke mzdě či platu, náhrady mzdy, srážky ze mzdy a zaměstnanecké výhody v souladu s platnými právními předpisy. Praktická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku společnosti, strukturu pracovníků, popis vnitřních předpisů řídících mzdový systém společnosti. Dále se tato část zabývá detailní analýzou výpočtu mezd konkrétních pracovních pozic ve společnosti a srovnáním průměrných mezd ve společnosti s průměrnou mzdou v průmyslových odvětvích v Moravskoslezském kraji. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z provedené analýzy mzdového systému společnosti a je uvedeno doporučení ke zvýšení motivace pracovníků.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the wage payment system utilized by the foundry company Slévárna Dolní Benešov, s.r.o., by means of methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, such as wage, salary, bonuses to wage or salary, wage compensations, wage deductions, and employment benefits in accordance with legal regulations in force. The practical part contains a brief characterization of the company, personnel structure, and description of internal regulations applicable to the wage payment system of the company. In addition, this part contains a detailed analysis of calculation of wages of specific professions employed by the company and a comparison of average wages within the company with average wages in different industrial sectors of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The closing part of the thesis summarizes the results of the performed analysis of the wage payment system of the company and offers recommentations for increasing the motivation of employees.
