Vlastnosti kompostů vyrobené z kuchyňských odpadů z domácností

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the properties of composts made from kitchen waste from households. First, the issue of food waste generation, its quantification and the method of biodegradable waste management in the Czech Republic is described here, including the composting process and the description of automatic electrocomposters. The next part is devoted to the chemical composition of composts and the possibilities of using produced composts in the context of current legislation.
