Návrh konstrukčních úprav a výroba prototypu dveří pro SC TITAN.

Abstract

This thesis deals with design and manufacture of doors for a prototype vehicle SC Titan, with a focus on the specifics of small-batch production. The theoretical section of the thesis is devoted to the structural design of automotive doors for small-batch vehicles, an overview of the materials used, and relevant regulatory requirements. The practical section first addresses the modification of the door design with regard manufacturing capabilities and functional requirements. It then describes the production of the door’s interior panel using modern technologies and composite materials, the design and implementation of the door handle mechanism and the installation of the window wind-up mechanism. The work also includes experimental testing of the shear strength of bonded joints under tensile stress between PETG and carbon composite materials. The aim was to verify the suitability of the chosen technological solution. The results of the thesis contribute to the optimization of the design and manufacturing process of doors for prototype vehicles, with an emphasis on functionality, strength, and technological feasibility.
