Simulační framework pro evaluaci rekonstrukčních metod elektrické impedační tomografie

Abstract

This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Physiology of respiration, problems of bioimpedance, methods of electrical impedance tomography, deterministic and stochastic methods of image reconstruction and problems of reconstruction of 3D thorax models are analyzed in theoretical part. The practical part is dedicated to design and implementation of framework simulation for evaluation of reconstruction methods in electrical impedance tomography. FEM model type is used to create and reconstruct a model of thorax. User interface was designed, in order to simplify usage of the program. This interface consists of loading of CT scan, choice of individual parts for segmentation, creation of FEM model and simulation of real physiological data.
