Analýza a zlepšování procesu schvalování lisovaných dílů do výroby

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis of stamped parts approval process and consecutive suggestions leading to improvement of the whole process. The analysis of MASSAG Stamping´s regulation which is created for workers who are interested in the process was done. On analysis many lacks was found in regulation called „Parts Approval Process to Production“. The most important lacks are unorganized and unintelligible description of all activities, using of nonexistent working positions and incorrect delegation of responsibility, there is also not specify presentation of documents level and requirements according to PPF and PPAP. Suitable solutions which were processed into the new regulation and its annexes were proposed for all the lacks.
