Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for a new low-energy residential building, which includes a technical report and drawing part. The building is designed as a four-story structure with a double-sided wall system made of ceramic blocks, garages on the ground floor, and residential units on the 2nd to 4th floors. The work includes technical analyses, such as thermal technical assessment of the external walls and roof according to ČSN 73 0540-2 and static assessment of the reinforced concrete beam according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1. The design and drawing documentation were created using the software ArchiCAD 28, while the thermal technical assessment was carried out using the software DEKSOFT Tepelná technika D1. The design complies with applicable standards, including Regulation No. 264/2020 Coll. on technical requirements for buildings and Act No. 131/2024 Coll. on construction. The results of the analyses confirm that the design meets the requirements for structural safety and thermal protection of the building.
