Příprava a ověření fyzikálně-mechanických vlastností lisovaných alkalicky aktivovaných systémů na bázi vysokopecní jemně mleté granulované strusky

Abstract

Alkali-activated materials represent a group of binders with extensive prospects of applications in building industries. Dissertation deals with the preparation and verification of the properties of molded alkali-activated materials based on blast furnace slag. Experimental work is divided into two parts, where the first stage solves the problem of selecting the appropriate activator for the alkali activation of blast furnace slag. In the experiment, were used eight types of activators and were monitored primarily physical-mechanical parameters of the prepared materials. For the second part of the work, as alkaline activator of blast furnace slag modified sodium water glass Kittfort was chosen. The second part of the experiment is dedicated to the preparation and verification of properties of molded materials. In this work, a method for the preparation and processing of mixtures for stamping was designed. In the experiment 21 basic types of recipes, where the influence of pressure and the amount of water on strength and peace compaction was studied, were prepared. Basic physical-mechanical properties and resistance were tested on prepared specimens. Selected recipes were used in subsequent research, that was focused on long-term monitoring and verification of strength characteristics of strength and durability of the prepared samples.
