Zhodnocení současné úrovně angažovanosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of employee engagement in a selected company. Its aim is to evaluate the current level of employee engagement and to propose measures that can contribute to increasing engagement, motivation, satisfaction and overall stability of the work team. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the essence of employee engagement, its development, its importance for the company and ways of measuring it. Attention is also paid to related factors such as work motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the situation in the selected company. Based on a questionnaire survey and subsequent semi-structured interviews, strengths and weaknesses in the area of employee engagement are identified. The results of the research serve as a basis for the proposal of recommendations that reflect the specifics of the company and focus on promoting internal communication, greater openness towards employees and the creation of conditions conducive to higher work engagement. The thesis comes up with specific findings on the state of engagement in the company under study and offers suggestions that can serve as a basis for strategic decisions in the field of human resource management.
