Abstract

This bachelor work deals with the problems linked to the composing of budgets of manufacturing companies. There are defined important plans related to the budget. There are also stated procedures of budget compositions and its forms. Next chapter is focused on the budget composing using the initial basis principle. The final part of the work brings the outline of possible acceleration of the budget composing process in the manufacturing companies.
