Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis deals with risk assessment and design of the output of risk assessment, which will be simpler and clearer for employees. The first part presents the risk management process, the employer's responsibilities in the field of risk assessment and special methods used in health and safety. In the following sections, the company, history, areas of activity, work activities performed in the assessed center and current risk assessment at the workplace are described. The final part presents a proposal for a new risk assessment, the procedure for designing a risk register, changes compared to the previous one, which have a major impact on its simplicity and orientation. The output of the bachelor's thesis can be a topic for improving the relationship of employees to safety and a summary of the creation and modification of the risk assessment in the company.
