Zhodnocení nákladů technické modernizace školských zařízení městského obvodu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením vlivu technické modernizace škol a školských zařízení na vývoji provozních nákladů na energie ve statutárním městě Ostrava – městském obvodě Ostrava – Jih. Práce obsahuje teoretické základy týkající se dané problematiky, charakteristiku školství ve vybraném městském obvodě a analýzy dílčích aspektů, které jsou nedílnou součástí zajišťování vzdělávání. V rámci zhodnocení technické efektivity škol a školských zařízení jsou analyzovány provozní příspěvky, vynaložené investiční náklady, provozní náklady na energie a to ve vztahu k technickým parametrům škol a školských zařízení. S využitím metody komparace jsou jednotlivé údaje ve sledovaných obdobích vyhodnocovány a za pomocí metody indukce jsou předmětné aspekty objasněny. Za pomocí metody syntézy je charakterizován přístup k zajištění technické modernizace škol a školských zařízení včetně jeho financování městským obvodem Ostrava – Jih. Závěry jsou vytvořeny za pomocí metody dedukce, které jsou komparovány s hypotézou hlavního cíle. Na základě zjištěných faktů jsou stanovena doporučení městskému obvodu Ostrava – Jih.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the impact of technical modernization of schools and school facilities on the development of operating costs of energy in the statutory city of Ostrava – city district of Ostrava – Jih. The work contains the theoretical foundations concerning the given issue, the characteristics of education in a selected urban district and the analysis of partial aspects, which are an integral part of the provision of education. In assessing of the technical efficiency of schools and school facilities, the operating contributions, the investment costs, the operating costs of the energy, in relation to the technical parameters of schools and school facilities, are analyzed. Using the comparison method, the individual data are evaluated in the monitored periods and the aspects discussed are explained using the induction method. Using the method of synthesis, the approach to technical modernization of schools and school facilities, including its financing by the Ostrava-Jih district, is characterized. Conclusions are created using the deduction method, which is compared to the main goal hypothesis. On the basis of the established facts, recommendations are given to the Ostrava - Jih district.
