Abstract

The bachelor thesis is devoted to marketing research customer ´s satisfaction from the selected company. This thesis include two main parts. First one is theoretical and the second one is practical. Both parts are divided into single chapters. The theoretical part contains an introduction, brief company´s profile and theory of marketing research which is necessary for successful accomplishment of the stated goal of the thesis. In the practical part, I focus on the marketing research in the ČSOB company. The research was based on questionnaire with 22 questions. In this context I analyze every single question. At the end of the thesis are advice and suggestions for the company. This suggestions should be helpful for the future working of the company.
