Aplikace KAIZEN v podnikové praxi

Abstract

This diploma thesis describes the application of the KAIZEN method in company practice. It search for deficiencies and wastage in a certain operations and try to remove them. The theoretical part consider with the explanation of the KAIZEN philosophy along with its other appurtenances. It focuses on defining instruments and techniques arising from the attempt to implement this philosophy. In particular the 5S method. The practical part is the analysis of the current state of the selected workplace in order to obtain the necessary information. Based on these results are implemented steps of 5S. This section provides an overview of the 5S method implementation and shows its results. In the final section of the thesis determine further areas for development which would be BD SENSORS future attention.
