The aim of this bachelor thesis is an elaboration of construction part and technology of realization of waterproofing understructure of multifunctional house. This three storey house is partly based, has flat roof and combined construction system. In the construction issue there was made a project documentation for building permission with details of waterproofing, it also includes technical report and thermo-technical building assessment. In the technology of realization part there was made the project of realization of waterproofing, itemized budget and work schedule.

The goal of my thesis was to design the technological process of realization of waterproofing, proper design of work processes and the construction of details.
