Finanční analýza společnosti Brose CZ s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Brose CZ, s.r.o. Předmětem první části je popis společnosti, její význam a historie. Následuje teoretické vymezení finanční analýzy, metody a postupy výpočtu. Druhá část, aplikačně-ověřovací, je zaměřena na sestavení finanční analýzy, která je zpracována z účetních výkazů. Následně jsou interpretovány výsledky finanční analýzy a na jejich základě navrhnuta doporučení ke zlepšení fungování společnosti.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Brose CZ, s.r.o. Subject of the first part is a description of the company, its importance and history. Followed by the theoretical definition of the financial analysis, the methods and calculation procedures. The second part, the application-verification, is focused on the compilation of the financial analysis, wich is processed from the accounting statementsl Subsequently, they interpreted the results of the financial analysis and proposed recommendations to improve the functioning of the company.
