Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu dle aktuálně platné vyhlášky č. 131/2004 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb. Jedná se o samostatně stojící bytovou stavbu s plochou vegetační střechou o čtyřech nadzemních a jednom podzemním podlaží.

Bakalářská práce obsahuje textovou část sestávající z průvodního listu, souhrnné technické zprávy a technické zprávy architektonicko-stavebního řešení, a výkresovou část včetně výpisů prvků. Dále je součástí práce i tepelně technické posouzení jednotlivých střešních konstrukcí dle ČSN 73 0540-2, výkres tvaru běžného podlaží a statický výpočet konstrukce schodiště včetně výkresu výztuže.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in accordance with the currently valid Decree No. 131/2004 Coll., on documentation of buildings. Building in question is a detached residential building with a flat vegetated roof with four above-ground and one underground floor.

The bachelor thesis contains a text part consisting of a cover sheet, a summary technical report and a technical report of the architectural and construction design, and a drawing part including lists of building elements. Furthermore, the thesis includes a thermo-technical assessment of the roof structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2, a structural drawing of the common floor and a static calculation of the staircase structure including a drawing of the reinforcing elements.
