Zhodnocení finančních produktů pro zabezpečení na stáří v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of the sustainability of the Czech pension system in the context of demographic changes and the growing need for individual retirement provision. As the pay-as-you-go state pension system faces increasing pressure due to population aging and declining birth rates, the importance of supplementary savings and investment options is rising. The aim of the thesis is to compare selected financial products designed for retirement security and to propose optimal solutions for individuals across different age groups. The theoretical part describes the structure, development, and current state of the Czech pension system following the pension reform effective from January 1, 2025. The practical part focuses on analyzing specific pension company products and their application through model examples for three age categories. The outcome is the selection of the most suitable financial instruments that address the specific needs of clients at various life stages and support effective long-term retirement planning.
