Měření spokojenosti obyvatel obce s poskytovanými službami

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to measure satisfaction of the inhabitants of Měrovice nad Hanou village with municipal services thereby provided, as well as to suggest possible solutions to emergent problems to the local municipal council. This marketing research had been done via questionnaire inquiry. The theoretical part describes specifics of the public sector, instruments of public satisfaction measurement and characteristic of the village, while the next part deals with the methodic of this research and the analysis of the results of the satisfaction measurement. In the last part, there are suggested some possible solutions, which are implied by the research analysis.
