Abstract
The theme of this thesis is evaluation of profitability of the company in the food industry. The aim is evaluation of profitability of the company in the food industry for the period 2009-2013 through the financial analysis, through the pyramid disintegration and through the analysis of variance to quantify the effects of partial indicators on the return on equity and on the basis of these results sensitivity analysis of the risk factor. The theoretical part describes the methods of financial analysis, the practical part describes analysis of profitability, pyramid disintegration and sensitivity analysis, and evaluation of results.
