Vzájemné vztahy reorganizace a konkurzu v insolvenčním řízení

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis examines of relations between reorganization and bankruptcy within insolvency proceedings in Czech Republic. The Insolvency Law is governed by the Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Different Type of Proceedings (Insolvency Act), as amended. The thesis is divided into five chapters including introduction and conclusion. The second and third chapter is focused on the characteristics of the key terms of Insolvency Law under Act No. 182/2006 Coll. Explanation of terms is important for understanding of the fourth chapter, in which is then described and evaluated insolvency proceedings of Oděvní podnik, a.s.
