Abstract
The contents of the Diploma Thesis is contains a geometricsplan to determine the owner ship rights to real estate C KN parcel number 154/5, 156/3, 157/1-2, 158/1-3, 159/4-6, 2597/19, 2770/7-19. The chapters of my thesis is individually described proces of creation, a way of measuring changes in the field and practical experience and acqiredduring my studies. The aim of my workis to high light the importance of geometric plan in legal matterssuchasenrollment deposit and entry in theLand Register, which is documentedas a technical basis.
