Posouzení finanční výkonnosti potravinářské společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení finanční výkonnosti potravinářské společnosti MADETA, a. s. v letech 2008 – 2012. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. Druhá kapitola je věnována charakteristice a popisu metod finanční výkonnosti. Ve třetí kapitole je provedena finančně – ekonomická charakteristika společnosti MADETA, a. s. Nejprve je společnost představena a následně srovnána s odvětvím na základě vybraných ukazatelů rentability. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti MADETA, a. s. Analýza výkonnosti společnosti MADETA, a. s. je stanovena na základě výpočtů ukazatelů EVA – Entity a EVA – Equity. Ekonomická přidaná hodnota je rozložena na prvočinitele pomocí pyramidového rozkladu. Následně je provedena analýza společnosti dle ukazatele CF z investic. Na základě dosažených výsledků je shrnuta finanční výkonnost potravinářské společnosti MADETA, a. s. Na základě dosažených výsledků lze zhodnotit finanční výkonnost společnosti MADETA, a. s. jako problematickou. K tvorbě ekonomické přidané hodnoty by mohlo vést snížení osobních nákladů a nákladů na spotřebu materiálu a energie, které by kladně ovlivnily růst výsledku hospodaření.

The aim of the thesis is to assess the financial performance of food companies MADETA, a. s. in the years 2008 - 2012. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including an introduction and a conclusion. The second chapter is devoted to the characterization and description of the methods of financial performance. In the third chapter are financial - economic characteristics of the company MADETA, a. s. the company is first presented and then compared with the industry on the basis of selected indicators of profitability. The fourth chapter focuses on the assessment of the financial performance of the company MADETA, a. s. analysis of company performance MADETA, a. s. it is based on calculating EVA - Entity and EVA - Equity. Economic value added is decomposed into prime factors using a pyramid decomposition. Following is an analysis of the company according to figures CF from investments. Based on the results summarized financial performance MADETA food companies, a. s. Based on the results we can evaluate the financial performance of the company MADETA, a. s. problematic. The creation of economic value added could result in a reduction in personnel costs and costs of materials and energy consumption, which would positively affect the growth of income.
