Zvýšení účinnosti kamerového systému města Ostrava-centrum

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with increasing in efficiency of camera system in the center of Ostrava city. In the introductory part of the thesis is briefly characterized area of Ostrava city center. Followed by assessment of the use of camera system in crime prevention and a summary of legislation dealing with the operation of camera system. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the current version of municipal police camera system. Followed by an analysis of risk points and evaluation of views constables and police officers on camera system. Finally are listed innovative proposals including technical implementation and economic assessment.
