Revitalizace bytového domu v Hranicích

Abstract

The thesis deals with design and revitalization of the residential building. In the introduction, the problem is described by the current legislative framework under Czech and European law and describes the conditions and reasons revitalization measures undertaken to improve the building envelope tepelnětechnických properties. They are described in materials and procedures used for thermal insulation of building envelope. The thesis contains a proposal for a new internal heating of the building. With the change of thermal properties of building elements comes a change in the heating system. Designed a new boiler and new heating pipes. Part of the work is to look at economic evaluation measures. This thesis describes the possible improvement of properties tepelnětechnických buildings with heat recovery with heat recovery for ventilation. The annexes thesis is the design and calculation of house insulation, design and calculation of the new heating system.
