Zástavbová studie pozemku 1365/1 - k. ú. Velká Polom

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design the division of the land par. No. 1365/1 - cadastral district Velká Polom, for the location of new family houses according to the valid zoning plan. The conceptual solution includes the design of residential areas, the design of transport infrastructure, the design of lines and the connection of technical infrastructure to the existing road III / 46613. It also includes a public space solution. The design is processed in two variants. These variants are then evaluated according to a multicriteria evaluation. The winning variant is then elaborated in detail in the VST search study stage. The result of the bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the current state of the locality, and based on this knowledge of the area and needs, a development study is prepared.
