Podnikatelský záměr realizace sportovně – relaxačních prostor v bytovém domě

Abstract

The main subject of the thesis is to design entrepreneurial intention for constitution of a sport – relaxation centre in apartment house. In the theoretical part I try to theoretically abstrakt basic terms connected with designing entrepreneurial intention. There are also described some of methods of analysis company and its surroundings. In the practical part I used questionnaire to find out if the owners are interested in foundation of sport - relaxation centre. Another task is to suggest possible equipment of these spaces, calculate approximate costs of equipment and also determine value of total costs of operation. In the end there are supposed possibilities of funding of entire entrepreneurial intention and its operation.
