Abstract
My bachelor's thesis deals with work safety at heights. Specifically the selection of places with a danger of falling from a height in the plant - steel works in VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s., then with the analysis of the current work organization system, state of employee protection against this danger, meeting of requirements resulting from legal enactments, analysis of the accident rate from previous years and subsequent elaboration of a methodology for work at heights in the steel works plant.
