Abstract

The goal of my degree work is explain process the establishment and development of a limited company and compile a list of activities and documents necessary to beginning business. In the first part are the definitions of theoretical concepts and characteristics of small a medium enterprise. I am dealing with the process of establishment and development of company, opportunity of corporate financing and business plan and his putting together too. In the practical part I describe the steps necessary to set up specific fictitious firm and show practical use of the business plan on the example a fictitious firm.
