Návrh zvýšení účinnosti kamerového systému města Český Těšín

Abstract

The thesis deals with the camera system the town of Český Těšín. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a proposal for its extension. In the theoretical part there is the camera system and the legislation basic characteristics. The practical part consists of a description of town and the state of the town camera system, including crime statistics and survey safety. The next section is a security analysis, which is mean to assess the risks of public areas and to identify critical locations of the Český Těšín. The last part contains camera system extension proposals, which also includes an economic evaluation.
