Abstract

The goals of the thesis sets possibilities and sources to misuse of chemicals available on global market of chemicals. Its chemicals are set off by European Commission Law - Council regulation for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items and International Law - Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction (CWC). Sources of its chemicals are meant as chemical industry sources and its trading with precursors and toxic chemicals itself. Final conclusion is the annex with the ways to make exploitable substances and their precursors mostly sets in Chemical Weapons Convention and more.
