Abstract

The goal of this Diploma Thesis is to dellver the matter of key performance indicators, sequentially to assess if a business does not mistake common performance indicators with the key ones. The theoretical part of the Diploma Thesis deals with business performance measures, key performance indicators, the method of Balanced Scorecard and other related issues. The practical part contains the information concerning the business which the Thesis is applied to. This part contains definition of indicators which the business observes and recommendation of the author of this Diploma Thesis.
