Analýza konkurence golfového resortu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on competitive analysis of golf resort. The specific goal is to study competitive golf courses and from opinions of surveyed golfers consequently facilitate individual decision connected with building a new golf resort in HEIpark Tošovice. The first part describes the theoretical bases of competition analysis. In the second practical part there was an analysis of the obtained data from the five most famous golf resorts in the Moravian-Silesian region. The data were collected primarily through electronic polling. After analysis continue evaluation of the results and presentation of proposals and recommendations that should help with the constructing and further development of the area.
