Návrh modelu sledování nákladů na jakost dle modelu PAF

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is processed on the topic of Proposal of model for quality cost monitoring according to model PAF. The theoretical part of this baccalaureate work deals with the desription of the quality, management quality a quality cost. Other part of this thesis represents the company Varroc Lighting Systems, s.r.o. Subsequently describes existing situation of quality management system and monitoring of presents quality cost. In the practical part is suggested a new model for quality cost monitoring according to model PAF, which replaces model COPQ. Suggestions for possible improvment of the company VLS for implementation model PAF are mentioned in the end of this thesis.
