Možnosti zlepšení kvality projektové dokumentace

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Možnosti zlepšení kvality projektové dokumentace“ je analýza neshod v rámci procesu tvorby projektové dokumentace a návrh, jak dané neshody minimalizovat. První část je zaměřena na literární rešerši z oblasti projektového řízení ve vztahu návrhu a vývoje. Druhá část práce popisuje a analyzuje stav řízení projektové dokumentace ve společnosti a dále identifikuje neshody interního a externího přezkoumání v rámci projektu. Na základě získaných dat jsou navržena nápravná opatření za účelem zlepšení kvality projektové dokumentace. V poslední části jsou diskutována navržená nápravná opatření.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis „The possibilities of improving the quality of project documentation “, is the analysis of non-conformities within the process of creating the project documentation and a proposal how to minimize the non-conformity. The first part is focused on a literary solution from the field of project management related to the proposal and the development. The second part describes and analyses the state of the project documentation management in the company, and also it identifies the internal and external non-conformity review within the project. Based on obtained data, the corrective measures are proposed in order to improve the quality of the project documentation. In the last part, the proposed corrective measures are discussed.
