Abstract

Subject of the thesis are particularities of business negotiation on global market. In the first part following terms are theoretically explained: business dealing, its phases, methods and principles. In the second and the third part work concentrates on cultural and national differences of specific countries. The last part contents critical evaluation of the whole concept of business negotiation on international market. The goal of the work is to evaluate the merit of successful business dealing on global market.
