Finanční analýza společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

The aim of this work is the processing of financial analysis Kointer, spol.s r.o.. The theoretical part is about the techniques and methods of the financial analysis,especially horizontal, vertical analysis and ratio analysis. The practical part is the financial analysis of the above-mentioned company in the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. First I devote horizontal and vertical analysis of balance-sheet and of profit and loss, and further the analysis of ratio indicators (profitability, activity, indebtedness, liquidity and cash flow). Suggestions and recommendations for the better financial situation are noted at the conclusion of this work.
