Projekt zvýšení povědomí o studiu PowerPlate

Abstract

The main goal of my thesis was to increase awareness of the PowerPlate Fitness Studio that is struggling with lower visit rate and leaving of regular cutomers at these days. I explained basic marketing and management definitions in the theoretical part. The Power Plate machine has been introduced in the beginning of practical part. Then I described the Power Plate Fitness Studio situated in Zlín and performed situation analysis. Following part shows questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. Both parts led to the understanding of marketing communication weaknesses of the Fitness Studio. Based on these informations I suggested possible solutions that will fulfill requested aim of the thesis.
