Návrh a implementace intranetu v podniku

Abstract

Cílem této práce je pro výrobní společnost navrhnout a následně implementovat intranetový portál s přístupem k firemním informacím, který umožní informace snadněji vyhledávat, sdílet a vytvářet. Práce je zaměřena na technologii SharePoint a to konkrétně na její cloudovou službu SharePoint Online. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní pojmy týkající se podnikové informatiky, intranetu a technologie SharePoint. Z definovaných požadavků a vlastní analýzy je vytvořen návrh, který definuje základní strukturu stránek a webových částí. Implementace je vytvořena pomocí základních funkcí a aplikací SharePoint Online.

The aim of this thesis is to design and subsequently implement intranet portal with access to corporate information, which will facilitate to find easier way, share, and create the information, for manufacturing company. This thesis is focused on SharePoint technology, and especially in its cloud-based services called SharePoint Online. The theoretical part includes basic terms related to business informatics, intranets and SharePoint technologies. The draft is created according to the defined requirements and company analysis and this draft defines the main structure of websites and their parts. Implementation is created by using the basic functions and applications of SharePoint Online.
