Abstract

First part of this diploma thesis is about basic characteristic of picked renewable resources and about recent situation in production of electrical energy from renewable resources. It also presents evolution of wind power plants, kinds of wind power plants and the way of work. Second part of this thesis deals with legal issues related to process of rising a wind power plant and scopes on most common impacts to its surroundings. Part number three is about grants in area of getting energy from renewable resources in Czech republic. Last, but main part of this thesis is bent on economic situation of wind power plant Krystofovy Hamry.
