Spotřebitel a regulace reklamy na tabákové výrobky v České Republice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis brings overview on legal of the tobacco products advertisement regulation in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the consumers are informed on this issue. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one determines the basic terms such as advertisement, legal and ethical regulation of it, tobacco products and their legal regulation. The thesis states what law is the core one as it comes to advertisement regulation of tobacco products. The second chapter deals with the terms such as consumer, creation of marketing research, determination of hypotheses, methodology of respondents selection and creation of questioning research. Last chapter is meant to be practical part of this thesis. The analysis of the research is provided in this part and conclusion whether and what knowledge the respondents have as for tobacco product advertisement regulation.
