Abstract

The thesis deals with a control of a DC motor speed with permanent magnets powered by single-quadrant pulse conventer. The aim of the thesis is a draft and a construction of the device itself, which is constructed from two DC motors. The motors are connected through a shaft with the help of the mechanical connector. The second motorthen serves as a loading motor. It is possible to connect a load to themotor clamps. The single-quadrant pulse converter is arranged with the help of the efficient transistor MOSFET. Its control ensures the pulse width modulation, which is realized with the help of IO 555 in an astable connection. There is a dynamo connected to the loadmotor, which serves to the speed measurement. At first, the device is realized in the interactive environment MATLAB SIMULINK. The result of the thesis is a laboratory device for control of motor speed and measuring its characteristics.
