Dotace při hospodaření malých obcí

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika dotací při hospodaření malých obcí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny principy hospodaření obcí. V praktické části je představeno 6 obcí Olomouckého kraje a rozebráno jejich hospodaření v letech 2008-2010. Z tohoto rozboru byly vyvozeny průměrné hodnoty, které jsou dále uplatněny. V poslední části jsou vybrány dvě obce, jejichž dotace jsou detailně analyzovány. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit, jaké mají malé obce dotační možnosti, jaké mají obce problémy při získávání těchto dotací a jakou váhu mají přijaté transfery v celkových příjmech obcí.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the issue of grants in the financial management of small municipalities. In the theoretical section, principles of financial management of municipalities are explained. In the practical section, 6 municipalities of the Olomouc region are introduced and analysed on their financial management between the years 2008-2010. From this analysis, averages were derived which are applied in the next steps. Two municipalities are chosen in the last section, whose grants are analysed in detail. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to evaluate what options in grants can be used by small municipalities, what difficulties can appear in obtaining these grants and the importance of grants in the total incomes of municipalities.
