Abstract
The goal of my bachelor thesis was analysis and describing of assessment process of employees at AXA životní pojišťovna a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part of my thesis is focused on general principles of assessment and recruitment. The second part zooms on the current system of recruiting employees in the company AXA životní pojišťovna a.s. End of the second part is dedicated to my proposals and recommendation.
