Vytvoření geoportálu pro efektivnější zpřístupnění volně dostupných dat ČHMÚ uživatelům

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on a geoportal designed for more efficient access to freely available data from the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. The web application is developed using the Django framework and the Leaflet mapping library. The theoretical part includes a review of technologies for geoportal development, an analysis of existing solutions, and a detailed survey of available data and licensing terms. The practical part contains an analysis of user requirements and a description of the system behavior using UML. The main output of the work is the implementation and optimization of a geoportal that ensures automated downloading of meteorological data.
